Usually not. Many engagements make the existing stack safer and more useful by clarifying ownership, repairing data and jobs, improving reports, and building durable connections. Replacement is recommended only when the evidence supports it.

Can an engagement start with one workflow?

Yes. One painful workflow is often the best boundary for mapping current state, proving an integration pattern, and showing value without committing to a broad transformation.

What happens when an integration fails?
